Will fender flares fix this look? *Updated with Additional Pics*
Ok guys, long story short, I am stuck with a set of wheels that I can't return, so that's not the option. I know it's not the most ideal offset but it's extremely aggressive.
Will fender flares help line up the tires with the fender to give it a more complete look? Before you say it looks ricy, I can't do anything about it so keep your negative comments to yourself. I may have to go a custom route for flares I guess if OEM flares won't work. Thoughts? Reason I ask is cause I know the rear fenders protrude about 2" but I doubt the fronts extend that much from other people's pics. yup. how wide are those tires? even the 295s that I have up front don't come up to the flares.

You may also be able to have the hub of the wheel professionally machined in order to have it sit more in the wheel well.

Flares will make that stick out just the right amount to be aggressive

With flares that should be money I would like to see a few more pictures of the wheels.

front flares definitely don't stick out as much as the rears but seeing as you're stuck with these wheels that's about the easiest solution at this point. Think it'll still look great.

Pics as requested! It's hard to tell with the angle but they are a deep concave design. I will get more pics up when I get everything washed up and cleaned.
Finally got them mounted (pic above in original post is test fit). The rears definitely need spacers. I have the fender flares on order -- once these are put on I am going to measure what size spacers I will need for the rears to sit flush, but they are pretty tucked under for being 10.5" wheels with et +38 offset. Any recommendations on spacer size or at least ball park? Last edited by bmw_merica; 05-05-2013 at 09:39 PM.. |

25mm spacer in the rear with a 10.5 +38. Your tires look a little skinny(might just be the picture) so maybe even a 30mm spacer if the rears are <315mm
