E70 40D n57 EGR problem.

Hey guys! Having some trouble finding problem for X5 40D. At about 2k Rpm on highway speeds i get CEL which disappears instantly, at same time i feel car a little bit jerks on around 1.7-2.2k rpm,happens more often when going slightly uphil, but not everytime.. i changed 2x EGR valve, done adaptions but nothing helps. First EGR valve that i changed was aftermarket one, second is used original, which have been problem free. Codes i get is :

40D4 DDE: Exhaust-gas recirculation controller, position control

4C9E DDE: Exhaust-gas recirculation valve, plausibility

4C9F DDE: Exhaust-gas recirculation valve, plausibility

Last two are stuck open and stuck closed.

Maybe some people have seen something like this, please show me the right path without spending a lot of money just throwing in new parts.. I can plug Ista if anyone need some data off it. Or could it be that i have too old ISTA version (4.01.21) And adaptation cant take a place?

I would search and post in the F15 forum for the N57 engine. We never got the N57 in the E70 in the states.

I have changed all my Vacuum Hose ( 3.5 X 7.5 mm ) about 6 meter long

did you try this?

Problem found already. It is Egr flap actuator, it holds no vacuum. Changing it tommorow. Its hard to reach it on 40d need to remove entire cooler.
