Does anyone know if there will be a gas guzzler tax on the X6 M even thought it is considered an suv?

According to my client adviser, yes. There will be a gas guzzler tax on both the X5M and X6M.

Here is last years list. http://www.epa.gov/fueleconomy/guzzler/420b08016.pdf. All of the M cars are listed.

thanks for the info. I just off off the phone w/ a dealership and they said that the x5 M does not have a gg tax. Hopefuly the x6 M will not either. They could not answer the question if the x6 M would have one or not.

Find it very hard to believe that either model will not have a gas guzzler tax because my X6 50i is 12/18 MPG and the X6 M will surely be worse with another 150hp.
