No crank no start

So my sons 2009 x5 would not start today and I am looking for some help. I have checked and charged the battery and nothing. I push the button no clicking but all accessories radio fan all work. I am thinking maybe starter but I can't hear anything clicking like I'm used to on domestic vehicles. What do you guys think? And hello everyone.

might be a problem with CAS.. this video can help you to try if it works for you..

I saw that I think its the starter I have power to it and it powers up the Selinoid just won't kick the starter so I'm going to try that thanks.
