Assuming you mean BMW Performance Power Kit for some reason I seem to remember that you could only get it on model years where it wasn't offered as an option at purchase (think option was 7R something). I think you could order as option starting in 2010 model but could be wrong.

Yes it's available now as a stand alone option for just the ecu tune, but not yet available on the 2012.

According to the web site it's still not available for the 2011+
