TiAg x6 delivered

Got the new x6 over the weekend and really like it. Went with TiAg again, it's easy to keep clean and always looks sharp. Car has plenty of room in front and back and comfort seats are just that, very comfortable. Pick up is adequate and handling is more than adequate. There is a nice set of twisties here by the house and I could take them at night faster in the x6 than the 335. I could see much farther down the road from high up and car just is so stable at speed. No lean and not much scrubbing. I was very surprised. I does not accelerate like 335 but that's ok because I can carry people and luggage now. 20" wheels look great and are not nearly as harsh as I would have thought, kinda a nice GT cruising feel. Only drawback so far is gas mileage 14 in mixed driving. I was hoping for 20mpg at 75 on hwy, and 17mpg combined. Not close so far but perhaps it will improve in another 1k miles or so. 335 gets 28 mpg at 80mph--pretty impressive! Got picked up after the US Open over the weekend and man large crowds of people just stared and gawked. Felt like a rock star for a few minutes. Liking it so far! Cheap

Congrats on the new X6. Looks great. I was also around the 14 mpg number with my first tank or two. I now have over 1,000 miles on my X6, and it's creeped up to 16.2 mpg. Not great, but not awful either.

Dallas good to hear the mileage is improving, I have a long road trip to Monterey planned this weekend so I hope it has improved by the time I return. 16 is not great but ce la vie. Cheap

DMLGC those 20" tires are run flats, dunlop sport max. Since there is a full size spare I may change them out later to non-run flats. The leather is nevada not nappa and those are comfort seats. Best options for me: auto tailgate, comfort access, and comfort seats. Seats are great. Hope this helps, Cheap

Cheaptrick,
ya that helps. All those things are on my list.
Good to know I can change the RF's out later if needed.

Thanks

What are comfort seats? I thought that meant Nappa seats? Do you mean Multi-contour seats?

Multi contour it is. In Nevada leather not nappa. Car has Sport, Technology, and premium packages, along with 20" wheels, auto tailgate,Comfort Access, heated front seats, HD radio, and Sat radio. I had them take the badges off the sides. I think it looks cleaner. Tinted all side windows, including driver and passenger 50% (formula one) and rear window 35%. No front plate. I will change out the orange side markers when I can find the Euro clear ones. Cheap

Cheap - let us know when you find the Euro clear side markers - I'll also look out and advise if I find them.
Cheers, Ant.

Cheap,
$76,625 without tax and license and I'm still arguing with them about choice of wheels.

I dont wanna offend you but
buying two cars from the "same" brand with the "same" engine and "same" color is ridiculous. you could have spent your money much better
