Anyone have these lean condition codes for Bank 1 & Bank 2?

I see vacuum leaks/O2 sensors/MAF sensors as possible causes?

X5M has been at dealer for 7 days. They think this is one time fault. Would not maintain idle & would misfire. Now runs fine. They are continuing to test drive to see if CEL will return. Do they ever lay hands on the vehicle or just read their computer screen?
