Those look like freshly cut wheels from the CNC machine. What process do they use to strip all the old paint?

Not quite sure, but they look amazing! I can't wait to see the new finish... It's like getting new wheels all over again!

I sent them back to ADV1 for the refinish.

MSR builds some of the fastest BMWs out there, so yeah George knows his stuff... He hasn't touched mine yet. I've got to do a few things to it first to get it ready for him.

Had a great time at Pocono raceway this weekend. I a ton of cool BMWs were there along with a few outrageous ones. Good food, lots of side by side racing.
There was also Porsches, a McLaren and a few other high end cars there!

Here's My newly refinished ADVs on the truck. (I went with Brushed Gunmetal) this time.





also met Gatoferoz25 the night before Mpact... It was raining cats and dogs, but we managed one crappy picture together under the canopy.
Wilmer is a very cool dude and his truck is super nice. I especially love the Vorsteiner hood.... way more aggressive than mine.

The bumper plugs would be a great idea, but I have rock chips and a spot on the corner of my bumper where it appears that someone rubbed through the clear, so I thought I would take care of everything at once with a bumper cover refinish.


I also agree with keeping the back clean and debadged. Maybe my "XFIVEM" license plate and a simple black frame will be enough?
I like the idea of retaining the "M" valve in the exhaust, so I have decided against the Megan exhaust (for now) and may try the OEM muffler mod with new exhaust tips instead.
