Code 0029F4 and 0029F5 Catalytic converter conversion after removing cats

Hi

I have an E70 2008 N52 Engine and recently removed my clogged Cats that were making the car very lazy and couldn't go past 140kph. I have CEL and codes 0029F4 and 0029F5 DME catalytic converter conversion.
Q1: wondering what options I can code to disable the CAT from the DME or something like that so the car stops checking the non-existent CATS efficiency and hence the CEL?

Q2: interesting thing is that i cleared those codes to see if they re-occur and now I am getting "002c3D DME: Oxygen sensor before catalytic converter: line fault " and "002CA6 DME: Oxygen sensor before catalytic converter: function ". my question is would the absence of the CATs cause codes on the before CAT O2s? I thought these would still measure O2 levels and give feedback to the computer with or without CATs?

thank you
