2013 E70 35d. Avin 10.25 display code error E1E9

I installed the Avin display back in 2019 and works well. It has a few quirks, but for the most part I like it. I finally bought a good scanner(Topdon Phoenix Plus) and was working on a few codes my car was reporting. First problem was a bad battery, it was 10 years old, so that was to be expected. Next was bad sensor fan in the AC module. I took the sensor fan off and found a piece crap binding the blades. Put the unit back together and that was cured. The last code is a display error E1E9 CIC display problem. The display works fine, no issues. I never checked when I installed the display years ago, so it may have had the error all along. I was just wondering if anyone else installed the Avin display and has the same code.

Thanks

It's fine, the system is pinging for the factory screen to answer that is ok and healthy. Because the old screen is not there it doesn't get the reply back and sets the flag that it doesn't "find the unit".
