Are comfort seats heated?

Hi,
I did a search here and on the net, but can't seem to find out if comfort seats are heated or not.

I am looking to get a '08 4.8i (in Australia) and amazingly many of them don't have heated seats. That surprises me.

I don't know about the AU market but here in the US, heated seats are not standard. It's available as a standalone option or is grouped in with the cold weather package. Does not matter if they're comfort or not.

I ordered a seat package which included both heated and cooled seats as a separate stand alone option as opposed to getting a cold weather package (which includes heated steering wheel and headlamp washer, and God knows what else) which I dont need in California. Of course I had to get the Full Marino Leather option to get the perforated seats which is a prerequisite to getting the "seasoned" cool seats. You might want to look into that. While it isn't cheap its "comforting". I think you'll appreciate the cooling "Down Under" :-)

Heated seats up front did not become standard until 2012 (except on base models - US spec). I would be surprised to find comfort seats that didn't have heat as well, but for an '08 it would have been an extra-cost option, or included in cold weather package.

i asked the dealer and they said that not many of the Australian cars have heated seats, even if they had comfort seats.
