Dealer wont perform coding?!

Has anyone here had any luck having their dealer perform coding of modules? I tried to have my dealer brighten the halos and they refused, saying BMW would not permit it.

I'm in Ct, has anyone had any sucess with dealers in Ct performing coding? I'm looking to try a different dealer anyway, and am close to the Fairfield dealers.

No, I'm not interested in remote coding.

I dont think you will find a dealer that will do this ! now finding an individual at the dealer who knows how to is a different story
