2012 X5 50i Fuel Injector Question

I been having a misfire on cylinder 5 so I am replacing the fuel injectors after no luck with coils and plugs replacement. I previouly replaced cyclinders 1-4 which had index 11 to index 12 because of misfires. So while removing parts to get to bank 2, I notice that the injectors are p/n 13537585261-12 which indicates a later version of index 12. However the latest version of injectors are p/n 13538616079-12.

Should I just replace cylinder 5 with the latest version p/n 13538616079-12?

Need to know because injectors are now over $500.00 each.

Thanks you very much!

I wasn't even aware of the index 12 version, however, i don't like taking risk and possibly opening it again therefore id go with newer version. I just like the peace of mind

same injector, doubt it or they are bad, make sure to check high-pressure fuel pump pressures, maybe dirt in tank if unlucky

I just took a look at the injectors I bought from FCPEuro about a month ago. The label on the box has the -079 part number, but the injector in side has the -261 number printed on it. So, it seems that it's the same part.
