X5 E70 Rear subframe bush replacement

From what I can make out on the interweb, the part# is 33316784940, and this is different to the E53. As they are larger, I'm guessing the removal tool is different. And I haven't been able to find an E70 bushing removal tool for these. Anyone got any info on the tool and also the procedure?
