Strange sound X5M

I just picked up my X5M this past weekend and noticed a strange sound at WOT, it happens every time i floor it and it kicks into the next gear

is that normal?

Edit: I forgot to mention there's a K&N sticker on the engine cowl. I haven't pulled the filters out to confirm if their K&N yet, but would that flutter sound be the intake at WOT?

Is it like a deep burp? Mine makes that sound. My truck is stock.

Thats exactly what it sounds like. Is that normal? I'm stock as well

yes perfectly normal, if you are refering to the exhaust growl on the gear shift.
