Spacers on 2012 X5

I have 15mm Mach Schnell spacers that I bought for my 2015 M3. Can I use these on my 2012 X5? I know 15mm is fine but what I don't know is are the spacers specific to my M3 or can they be used on my X5 also? I think the lug holes all line up...but are there spacers that are specific for SUV's? Bigger ones (not thicker but bigger in radius or something)? Or is it simply if the lugs fit and it doesn't push my wheels out too far then I'm ok?

Thanks!

If it's an X5M then you can use them on the rear only. M3 is 72.5 bore. X5M is 74 front 72.5 rear. Normal X5 is 74 front and rear. Check trakplus.com for applications.
