Purchase advise for 35i with new motor

Hey guys, new to the forum and looking for some advise on picking up a used 35i.

I have a few choices but my favourite so far is a 2011 35i which had an engine failure (camshaft, i think) at around 75k and BMW installed a brand new engine which has now done 5k and still has a year worldwide warranty on it.

Considering the overall milage is now around 80k what other major issues should I look out for prior to purchase. The sale is private btw but all repairs were logged by BMW apparently.

Apologies if this has been covered many times. I found an excellent posts with common x5m issues but I'm not sure how many of those apply to the 35i as well.

Wow. A new engine? If the price was right, I'd be all over it.

Price is around €28k. From what I've seen here US prices are much cheaper so this may not sound very compelling.

What are the main issues I should look out for though?
