Black on Black X5 with fresh mods

Sorry for the crappy cell phone pics, will get some better ones up once I give it a full detail.

2008 BMW X5 4.8i - Black Sapphire

Got my car back from the shop last week and had the following done:
-Painted bumper, running boards, front air inlets & fender flares body colour
-Paint & install aero kit
-Swapped out the two silver front grills for black
-50% tint on tails
-H&R springs with adjustable links in the rear (need to raise the rear a little bit)

Let me know what you guys think!

It's an ebay one...surely not as good quality as OEM.

My body shop had to tinker around with it to make it fit properly....still not 100% IMO.

Where did you get your grill at? I have a 2011 35d. I'm pretty sure my grill is different than yours?

I can't tell but do you have fender flares on it or not

I got the grill from bimmian.com

It is just a Sapphire Black grill.

Yes, I have the factory sport fender flares.

They are just overlay's from bimmian.

The CF ones from this link: http://www.bimmian.com/Colored-Round...for-BMW-E70-X5

I would recommend them over aftermarket replacements.

I have aftermarket CF ones on my E46 and these ones were so much easier to install and they protect the OEM emblems.

I can't vouch for the quality of those, I know the bimmian ones are top notch.

They look brand new and have been through numerous touchless car washes and a Canadian winter

Well if they are shitty i guess it was only $10

But they got good reviews.

Once i install my gloss black performance kidney grill and new emblems i'll post a pic. Both were inspired by your truck.

I have a 11 35d. Same color. We have the same wheels too.

Loving the fender flares…i think those will be next.

You should consider painting your calipers "bmw blue" that would look sick and really stand out.

I just painted them gold with G2 caliper paint....I like being different

I just got the LUX H8 160's.
