Looking to get buy a used X5M - need advice

Hello Fellow Enthusiasts,

My dream car is an X5M. A new one is out of my budget/price. I am planning to search for a CPO one. Most likely 2011 range. I have some questions and would appreciate any insights.
1) 2010 was the first year, correct
2) Any preferences between 2010 versus 2011 in terms of years? If so why?
3) Do all X5M come with the latest iDrive and google maps options (where you send map info to BMW Assist)
4) Any experiences in terms of your own, what did you purchase it for? Did you lease or loan? How much did you put down? What is your monthly payment?

Thank you very much!

2010 is the first year and I believe there are some difference like soft closing door is standard on 2011 (not sure if it's an option for 2010)

I came across this thread and you might be in luck. (might be too short of a notice for you)

I'm from NY I own a 2011 x5m that's going to be traded in a week or two as I have already made the deal with the GTR (awaiting for credit approval) Perhaps this might help you out since I never intended to sell private party. Guess it's better for you to save the money than dealership to make money on the car.

it's 2011 white with back interior fully loaded (extended leather, head up display, massage chairs etc etc)

The car only have 9000 miles (just hit 9000 today). I'm willing to let it go for about 72k (maybe 72.5, not sure of the exact number) (basically same as trade in plus taxes i would save). I can verify this w/ the written deal i get from the gtr dealership. I dont plan on make a penny on this as it's going to be traded anyway. (But if you want to throw in a few hundreds bucks for me, that would be nice) So basically i am trying to hook u up since i see this thread. Feel free email me jlee0501@yahoo.com.

The car is in perfect shape and it has the non run flat all season tires that I put on about 3,000 miles ago.

If you are interested, email me to discuss more but remember this is going ot be traded in about a week or two.
