Brighter LCIs

Has anyone tried to put brighter bulbs in the LCI tail lights? They're kinda dim.

I tried these for back up bulbs which were a lot brighter than stock.

WeissLicht LED Reverse Indicator Bulbs from Bimmian.

Ended up taking them out b/c they started flickering without resistor install. Resistor requires wire splicing if done by their instructions. I've been told you can code with Carly to stop the flickering or disable voltage warning. Just never got around to it. Still have the bulbs if your interested.

Good luck

I should have specified but I was thinking more along the lines of the red stoplight bars. They look great at night but get easily washed out in daylight.

Those are LED. You can't change bulbs because they are an LED circuit board.
