Lemon or well maintained?

I'm looking at this 2013 x5 M package. 6 cyl, with 78k miles. Here's the carfax: I'm worried about all the maintenance stuff especially transmission replace couple months ago but everything is documented and dealer maintained. Worth pursuing or pass? Thoughts?
Car is $24k.

The nice thing about buying it at 78k miles is that you know it isn't a lemon.

Sure it's had some work done, but I would look at it as a positive. For example, you should feel a lot better about the transmission after replacement than before.

That's my same thought process. I noticed a pattern about "computer reprogrammed" and a considerable amount of alignment. There was also a drive shaft problem. Are these areas for concerns?
