PM sent. It should not void any factory warranty, but this all depends on your particular service advisor and dealer. Check with them first.

if you get an aftermarket exhaust and have it set up by a local shop it will void warranty of all parts associated with that mod. An exhaust is a major engine part so I would really only get a BMW / DINAN exhaust (BMW approved) and have a BMW dealer install it just to make sure that there are no warranty issues later

Dinan is no longer "BMW approved", any Dinan part will void factory BMW warranty just like any other aftermarket part. Only difference is Dinan has warranty plans that will take over your factory warranty if you choose to do so when purchasing a Dinan part.
