Ordered X6M 2011, help me choose warranty plans

Hello everyone. I just ordered my favorite car, X6M.
It is equipped as below:

Carbon Black Metallic
Black Perforated Full Merion Leather
Piano Black Trim
Active Ventilated Seat Package
Driver Assistance Package
Premium Sound Package
Comfort Access Keyless Entry
Nappa Leather Dashboard and Center Console
21" Double Spoke 215 Black Wheel Set
All Weather Rubber Floor Mats

I haven't chosen the warranty plans yet. I used to drive infiniti G35, so I'm new to this BMW warranty stuff. Can you guys suggest some of the must-have plans from these?

1. BMW New ESC - 72months 100,000 miles from original in-service date Original Owner Protection Program. $6,800.00

2. GAP - pays the deficiency balance betweeen the insurance settlement and the loan or lease payoff due to total loss from theft or collision. $725.00

3. BMW Maintenance Plan - 72 months 100,000 miles from original in-service. Provides BMW recommended scheduled maintenance. $4,800.00

4. LoJack- Basic LoJack. stolen recovery system. $1,295.00

5. Tire & Wheel Plan - $2,997.00

6. Ibex Surface Protection System - exterior system protects paint finish from environmental dmg. $995.00

7. Key replacement Plan - 5yr lost or stolen keys. $375.00

8. Windshield Plan - $720.00

9. Paintless Dent Repair - $1,254.00

10. 3M Paint Protection Film - $995.00

IMHO,
1. and 3. depend on how long you intend to keep car, if longer than the standard 4 years and you will rack up >50k miles then you want extended warranties.

2. I have total replacement via my insurance so don't know about this.

4. This can be of some help, some insurance companies give discount.

5. not sure this is worth it, assume covers damage to tire or wheel because of pothole.
I haven't heard about anyone collecting on this yet so don't know how good it is.

6. don't know what this is, how is it different than 10.

7. you get two keys so if one gets lost you can order one via the dealer then , since low probability would skip ( unless you lose keys a lot).

8. don't know what this is.

9. I have this , haven't used it yet don't know if it was worth it.

10. see 6.

1. Probably worth it with BMW but really depends on how much you drive each year
2. Check with your insurance but would recommend getting and the price is good. I was offered $1K+ for a lease on Toyota Camry. Many insurance companies don't offer this
3. Don't know but I would do the math based on the cost of the scheduled maintenance post warranty. Seems high.
4. Don't get it. If your car is stolen (and you have gap insurance), you don't want it back and the insurance discount is very small
5. If you search this forum, most people recommend this and I am planning to get it myself as the cost of tires and wheels is very high and it will pay for itself quickly. How long is the coverage for?
6. Don't get it
7. Don't get it
8. Don't get it (many insurance companies cover it)
9. Don't get it (can get it done after if you need to and the cost is low)
10. Clear bra, up to you, I have it on my Infiniti and like it but it's a personal choice

This is what I did....

1. Got 4 years & 50,000 miles to do this - future cost could be higher?
2. N/A - Could be worth it - check you're insurance carrier
3. See #1
4. Passed - could be worth it, but can be added later
5. Do it - Run flats, rims etc...cost $1K less in TX - after BMW CCA rebate cost $700
6. Pass - just Zaino it!
7. Why? How may keys have you ever lost?
8. Pass
9. Pass - that's a lot of dings to fix at $60 a ding?
10. If this is a clear bra - yes! Make sure it's not a kit, get it hand done.

Thank you dmlgc, aas5, Bokke for helpful replies! I really appreciate it!!
So it comes down to 1,3,5 and 10 and I'm gonna need to take a look at insurance coverages too...
I'm gonna have to wait until September to pick up my car since I'll be travelling for a month. it's worth waiting

#3 - you should be able to purchase this at half the cost from either your insurance company or local credit union. I was also given that option for $725 but was able to purchase it from my credit union for $349. This is good to have though.
