My X5M

Hello all,

I'm new to the site and was referred by a friend. Love the posts on here and I've learned a lot.

I had a 2006 Infiniti M45 since late 2006 and this past January I sold it and purchased the 2013 X5M below.

No mods have been done but first thing I'd like to do is lower it a little with the kit everyone on here is talking about. The 1.2 kit. Sorry, I'm new to all this and learning.

I love this thing. This is a great community.

M3 Guy,

Can you give me more details about the front lip you have on yours? That is sexy!

Sure thing! It's an oem mperformance front lip. I had the center lower section of the bumper wrapped in gloss black vinyl to help with the look as well.

I used a dealer friend of mine who found it for me. Would you like him to search for you?

Thank you all for the comments. I'm thinking of painting/coloring the side markers and kidneys black as the first change in it. Any comments?

do it, it's a eye sore as is. I say get the IND side markers and wrap your grill. On our 13 cars, the grill is different than the once that came before and the BMW performance black once

Thank you. Can I dip/paint the existing side markers?

Defiantly, but depends on if you are DIYing or taking it to a shop, personally I don't think painting them at a shop will be much cheaper than buying a new set from IND, and the side turn signal marker is a pretty difficult piece to deal with
