DSC Malfunction

I installed new rims and got a DSC Malfunction on my 2012 BMW X5 is it true i just have to recalibrate steering wheel to get this code out ?

try crank the wheel all the way to the left and right and see of its go away.

Can you give us a bit more information so that we might be able to help you better? Are the new wheel/tire combo the same size as before or did you change the wheel/tire combo size?

If you changed from what BMW recommends (see your owners manual or the tire inflation chart on your driver's door)...then you will have needed to stay within 3% overall rolling diameter/circumference so that the wheel rotation calculations for the AWD and DSC systems aren't way off base.

If you installed staggered wheel/tires...did you check to make sure the correct tires were mounted to the correct wheels...and that the correct wheels were installed on the correct axle?
