Customer Service at BMW of Silver Spring

I took my wife's 2013 X5 Premium into BMW of Silver Spring because of knocking noise in the rear of the car that I was unable find. I thought it was the tailgate but it ended up being the latches that hold down the rear seat. Anyway, they fixed it but they also flushed the brake fluid and replaced the micro-filter even though they weren't due til the end of November. That saves me a trip and they didn't have to do that. Very nice. Tom Grant is the service adviser.
