X5M Meisterschaft GTC Install

Hey guys, picked up a meisterschaft GTC muffler yesterday, gonna attempt to install it this weekend. I haven't been able to find any installation instructions online. Closest I found is the instructions for Dinan:

couple questions I have:
1. What do I do with the vaccuum lines after they are disconnected from the stock muffler? Dinan says they must be plugged into their muffler, as I guess their flaps are still vaccuum operated. The meisterschaft valves are electric. Should I just plug the lines and ziptie them behind the muffler?

2. When I just the stock exhaust, should I stagger the cuts like Dinan suggests? Is it the same for meisterschaft?

If anyone has instructions for meisterschaft that'd be great. Please let me know
