BMW X5 What size wheels ?

I am looking at a 2006 X5 which has 20" wheels fitted. The owner is prepared to refit the original 17" wheels. What ride difference can i expect between the two sizes?.

Doddy, tyre type & quality will determine ride. Run flats = hard ride & greater noise on course bitumen, standard low profile less hard. Higher wall tyre will give greater comfort, but reduced handling.

I think the folks in the X5 forum are likely to be more knowledgeable about X5's than X6 owners. You are more likely to get quantity and quality there.
