Strange problem (Jerking while on low speed when foot of the gas pedal)

Today, on way back from work i noticed that every time i move my foot off the gas pedal the X5 2011 35i jerks every 2-3 seconds, its barely noticeable on high speed but very much noticeable if i am driving between 0-20 miles, as soon as you take off your foot from the gas the beast starts jerking every 2 seconds or so , i don't see any variationS in revs going up and down … I'm not sure WHAT it is if... the transmission , differential or the drive shaft….

Has anyone had such an issue or is aware of? …. i have around 58K on the beast right now.

Also I'm thinking to reset the transmission, may be that would help? (not sure) but worth a try i guess ….

PLEASE HELP!

My X5 2011 does the same on occasion . I figured that was just a peculiarity of the model. It doesn't get any worse and seems most prevalent on a cold transmission .

Do a throttle and transmission adaptation reset. Thats what cured it for me when I had it a few years back.
