Angry HELP!!! w/Tabacco leather interior

Just got a used BMW X5 space grey with the tabacco leather interior. I love the color combo but the previous owner did not seem to take care of the leather. There are two permanant marker marks on the back seat that are irritating the life out of me. Does anyone know how to remove these marks without damaging the dye. If not has anyone had any experience with leather dyes????? I found a website that has the color match for tabacco leather for BMW but I was wondering how reliable it would be. I want to try WD40 but im afraid of discoloration. Any serious suggestions would be helpful. BMW was not helpful.

Tried magic eraser, neutrogena sunscreen (bad idea---took off some of the dye), wd40, soap and water, BMW leather cleaner and nothing helped... Next step is to buy a leather dye..

go to Ikea on exit 13A NJ TPK and pick up their leather cleaner. Does magic on my seats and I have two little "monsters" who constantly do something to the seats.
