Washer Fluid freezing?

I have a 2012 and had this same problem with my 2009. The first sub 20 degree fareheit day, the headlamps washers worked but the windshield wiper fluid did not. After some time in my heated garage, they all worked. I drained some fluid and put in some after market and so far so good.

I can't beleive the BMW factory fluid freezes so easily. Since this happened on two cars, same city, three years apart, seems like more than coincidence.

Anyone else experienced this?

The plain BMW windshield concentrate has no Anti-Freeze properties
You have to add BMW Windshield Anti Freeze
The Antifreeze bottle also shows to what temperature it is resistant to freezing to dependent on concentration.

Lowest of 3F I believe

What you want is BMW part number 83 12 0 405 186

Have had this issue with al 4 Bimmers I've had, regardless of the type of fluid. The nozzle heaters take a tremendous time to thaw the ice on them.
