Question Pirelli Scorpion Ice & Snow RFT - USE??

Hello,
I know this is a really dumb question, but looking for guidance. Can these tires be used for regular all weather tires. I know the specs say Ice & Snow, but wondering if I can use them instead of the Dunlop RFT.
They are a bit less expensive and I hate the handling of the Dunlops. I live in Texas were 2 months out of the year the temperatures get over 100 F.

Thank you for any advice/feedback you might have.

I'm speechless...

Now, that i digested your silly question:
Get Bridgestone duler or Conties AS
Both great and cheap
Your winter tires will be gone in no time riding soft winter compound in dry hot weather
In other words, it will turn out to be much more expencieve to run your winter setup vs summer/all-season tire

Just got those tires, but will face 4 months of cold weather soon. Put them on early, can tell you they have a fine grip even in warm weather, but they would wear out quick in warm climate.

OP has a bigger problem actually
He's running 21 inchers
Very limited choices

I wonder what else he can get in these sizes, besides Dunlops
Front 285/35-21
Rear 325/30-21

Ok,
So here is what I was able to find. Thank you AndreyATC for your help.

So, I had a chat with a BMW service adviser and told him about my dilemma with tires. He basically told me that if the tire wall is smaller, basically it can cause issues with AWD and also it will not sit correctly on the rim. He told me this after I asked him to check if tires from Hankook (285/30r21 Ventus V12 evo) and Michelin (305/30r21). So the tire diameter needs to match of the wall needs to be bigger.

So after some more research I found a solution. I think it is less expensive, feedback is always welcome.

Front (We can use according to BMW adviser) - 21 inch rim

Continental : 295/35r21
Dunlop: 295/35r21

Rear - I still need to use the run flats which I hate
325/30r21
If I can find some tire with a bigger width but still remain to 30 or bigger that will work too.

The tires for the front (Conti/Dunlop) run around $327-$399. Which I think it is a bit less expensive that the Run Flat because those tires just for the front run at around $600 a piece.

Just my .02c....Just trying to save money...that is all.

I hear you on saving money but if you get a flat then it will cost you more than having run flats ....

I guess if you hate RFTs... I love the stiffness. If I want a soft, compliant ride, I'll buy a lexus.
