So today I pulled the trigger on a 1 owner, 09 X5 4.8i! As you can see, she is black on saddle and only has 45K miles! I feel like I scored a good deal and thats all that matters! I traded the old daily today which actually worries me because I will not have the same "carefree" attitude with this as I did with the Impala lol This thing makes the E92 look tiny when sitting side by side in the driveway.. Anyway, enjoy the pix:

Yes, i've been shopping the fender flairs and OEM reps. I came across a few solid deals and even a 21" rep that has a gunmetal finish!

Nothing major at this time.. I needed something with some pulling capabilities (one or two tows a month) and i wanted some practicality to my daily drive. Worse thing noticed so far is gas milage.

I plan to do a muffler delete with the Porsche gt3 tips and black out the mesh up front , Performance kidney grills, fender flairs and new wheels... Thats all thats on the agenda for now.

Does anyone know if intakes or tune is available for the 4.8?

Forgive my ignorance, I'm a n54 nut and am learning fast about the E70's ..

Good looking car, but I am surprised the 4.8 did not come with flares and at least 19" wheels.

Get some 20" with NON RFT's, they transform the X5 in ways you wont believe.
