Issues with OBD readiness for BMW DRIVE CYCLES

Has anyone else had issues getting their X5M to set their O2 sensors when going through drive cycles for inspection?

I live in MA. I have complete stock internals as far as exhaust manifold, cats, DPs, x pipe, etc.

The only aftermarket items are a Dinan axle back exhaust, which I was having O2 readiness issues prior to install and ESS tune, which again was having O2 readiness prior to install.

We even went back to stock file and still nothing. Been driving the car for over a month now and the BMW dealer has been doing the drive cycles to try and get it to pass.

Also no check engine lights or bad sensors.

So frustrating. Anyone have this before and can comment or recommend?

Thanks in advance.
