X5 E70 Diesel acceleration issue

on my 2011 X5 35D
-Still has dpf, scr, egr
-Only mod is a custom intake

Wondering if anyone has encountered this before, i got a weird problem. Sometimes when accelerating onto highways if i go over 50% throttle the car suddenly loses all power and jerks, then will grab again for a split second and then let go again and it just repeats a couple of times in a 5-10 second window before the fuel is cut and the car starts coasting.

Oddly, when i try to start the car again it just cranks and doesnt start UNLESS i turn the ignition off and on again, then it fires up right away and i can continue driving.

The problem has been getting progressively worse and i still have warranty on it, car is at 136,000km

Ive tried resetting adaptations and nothing.

Im going to be servicing the transmission fluid and transfer case fluid then see if that changes anything, that and some sort of fueling issue is kind of where im at right now.

If anyone has any ideas or has experienced this before please share some thoughts!

Sidenote-
The only code i have that i think is related, is something to do with an injector. I cant recall the actual code but i figured that made sense if the car was freaking out during acceleration, maybe some sort of fail-safe

LOL sounds like you need an injector... mine acted similarly when i had a fucked injector
