BMW Select is just a balloon finance. The advantage is you only pay low monthly payment and you can drive the car away. But you will end up with a big amount of balloon balance by the end, and you will also being charge for more interest.

Can be a good alternative to leasing if low incentivised interest rates are available (.9 or 1.9 for 60 months), you plan to drive fewer than 12k/year and you take very good care of your car. Otherwise, leasing usually makes more sense.

The overall interest is being paid more. It is just like a leasing, but you don't have a choice to return the vehicle at the end of the term. You have to buy it.
