Selling Advice on 2012 X5 35D
I'm in the M3 forums more than this one, so apologies if this is not the appropriate forum, but looking for general pricing advice as we're thinking about selling our 2012 X5 35D w/ approx 45,000 miles so we can get into something w/ 3 rows and captain's chairs as the family expands.
Condition is pretty decent. A couple of door dings and some curb rash, but interior and exterior between average to good for a 4 year old vehicle. We're the second owners - bought it as a CPO from BMW of Austin. I think the CPO warranty is still transferable based on when we bought it (I think). Assume good mechanical condition, regular service history and no other issues. Additional options include aluminum running boards, "sport" package w/ 20" aluminum rims w/ high performance tires, Premium package (comfort access, backup camera, nav, 4 zone climate control, etc.) & rear window shades. I'm thinking 20-22 for trade-in 25-28 for private sale. Is this about right? |

I am about to buy a 2011 X5 xDrive 35i with 56k miles 3rd row, navi, cold weather package and multi-contour seats. Could you tell me what it would sell for at auction? I also want to find out what I should pay for it.
