Are there manuals anywhere to remove the trim pieces on the center console? Thought these were damn near impossible to replace.

not impossible at all - just be careful and take your time

you have to remove other trim to access the retaining hardware (the two nuts "under" the dashboard are hard to get but not impossible)

the biggest pita is having to remove the door panels to access the retaining hardware on each door....
