I installed race springs 2 inch drop on my 2012 X5M. I just have to say one thing, it feel like you are on a trampoline the ride quality is horrible if anyone is thinking about buying these springs for there car DON'T do it you will forever regret it. Car looks great lowered though ;-)

you're experiencing the trampoline effect due to H&R's higher spring rate. Its not matching up with your current struts. If you decide not to go with the coilover route, I suggest you look into a stiffer strut setup.
