Just got my 2007 X5, can I add on Satellite radio?

Previously had a 2003 X5, and I just picked up my 07 yesterday. So far so good but I'm looking for a way to avoid the tangled mess of wires that comes with having an Sirius XM unit taking up space in the car. Has anyone dealt with this before? The dealer quoted me $1166 to install satellite radio, and having just bought this car, dropping another grand is out of the question. I've googled to find some solutions but can't seem to find anything for X5's over 2006.
