weird radio incidences

Hey guys,
So I got my 2012 35i Msport in January. I've had a couple weird things happen with the radio. First, I preset 3 stations. Occasionally, when I start the car, it'll go to a random station...I figure the lowest radio station, which is a spanish channel. Anyway, this has happened probably like 4 times since I've had the car. The about a month ago, I added 3 more presets (so 6 total now). I started the car one day and noticed that the last 3 preset stations I added were now missing and only the original 3 presets were present. Mind you, this was after about a week to a week and a half of the 6 presets appearing normally.
Has anyone else had an incident like this? Do I possibly have a hispanic ghost that doesn't like the music selections I've preset?

so I started up the car this morning and now all 6 presets are back again.
No one else getting this problem?

I guess I should ask the dealership about it.

Yes, occasionally after I start the car I find the radio station to be on 87.7 and not the one the car was shut off on. Very weird . There is nothing on that station. Can't understand it.

I have 2012 x35d.

Are you guys using different key fobs, or have more than one key in the car at a time (if you have Comfort Access)? The settings are tied to the keys, not the car.

Thought about that as well. But there is just one key fob present.

I finally figured out that the 3 presets vs 6 presets were because we were using different key fobs. Didn't know each key had different memories on them. Interesting.

However, I still occasionally get the radio resetting to 87.7, which happens to be a spanish station here. Haven't figured this one out yet. Was going to ask the dealer, but I'm just waiting for an oil change appointment, and just ask then. If anyone else figures it out before then, please let us know. Thanks!
