That looks like better deal. The heads up is a nice and rare option. The comfort seats are a must IMO so having these seats and the other options listed makes this a good looking option. If sport package isn't a big deal than I'd negotiate the price on this one and see where you get.

Definitely a better deal than the other one.

My concerns:
- just little over one month left on factory warranty/maintenance
- 2012 model
- 3 owners in carfax already, and you'll be the 4th when you're looking to sell

A similarly equipped 2013 model at this price would be a great deal. I'm not sure what the Manheim pricing is, for 2012 X5 35is - would be great to compare it with that (PAX5?)

Hey PA x5...not yet... I think I found a car. It's a white X5 35i premium w oyster leather interior w Convenience, comfort, hi fi premium sound (HK Logic 7), rear/top view cameras 30k miles. They were asking 47k. I got it for 41k.(prob a little high).They gave me a good number for trade. Manufacturer warranty expires 12/2016 then CPO kicks in till 12/2018.

Btw...no Spare? I assume all RFT even on SAV's from BMW?

This must be a different one from the last link you posted? Based on the price it looks/sounds like a 2013? At least I hope so at that price for a Premium trim 35i.

Spare tire was an option, not standard.

jiggs...yes this is a different car. It's a 2013, just happens to be white, but has the oyster interior which provides a nice contrast w the black interior.

The day I was working the deal on the other car, a local BMW salesman I had worked w previously called me and said we just traded this in, are you interested?

It's a one owner, purchased & serviced at this dealer. Also lower miles 30k w the factory warranty till end of next year and cpo till end of 2018.

Next week it goes through detail & completing the CPO process & I'd prob pick it up on Friday.

I like the Oyster over Beige - looks classy, and you still get the black carpets, console, etc.

Thanks everyone for all your input. I'm moving forward with the 2013 X5 35i - White with Oyster leather interior that I previously posted pics of.

Some background
As soon as this car was traded, my sales person called me and I went in to see it. I thought it was in really good shape (was not super dirty like others I'd seen, did not include enough food remnants to feed a small Island nation in the Caribean etc.)

I placed a deposit on the car on Monday and went to test drive it last night. They completed the CPO and are finalizing getting the vehicle ready for delivery. All said, I Loved the car and thought it was a great car for my wife. The drive and feel is way different than my wifes current Jeep Grand Cherokee overland. When we drive down the road in that thing and we hit a small pot hole, it almost has a hollow sounding thud if you will. Driving the BMW has more of a solid feel. You feel very well insulated.

So...As on Friday I go to the dealership to sign the paperwork and take delivery. I'll try to take it home get it waxed and take a few pics. Thanks again everyone. Excited to be adding another BMW to the family.
