Where to buy new or used CIC for 2012 e70

New to the forum and BMWs.
My e70 does not have a NAV. The dealership says they cannot do it, Alex says he can.
Is there a good place to buy used OEM parts for this?

I'd try ebay 1st & if unsuccessful there, then there's always bimmertech..
