However, Drawbar load ratings plate is 120KG (264Lb) only

Looks like it can tow about 2700kg (5000lbs), and carry 120kg (265lbs) on the hitch ball.

How do you get this in NA? Canada?

Sorry, looks like does not work. You can find it by using the drop down menu on the page though. "Category" is "transportation and luggage".

"Product" is "Rear mounted rack systems"
