What a crazy story, my car got damaged in this dealer also and no one is doing nothing about it just getting alot of run arounds.
Chris I'm wondering if you ever got your car fixed by them or what happened with your damage? Let me know. Thank you By the way DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER FOR NOTHING... |

The dealer really doesn't care to work anything out.
This is what happened with my car. I took my car cause there was check engine light on, it took them almost two week to fix the problem. I finally get my car back and as soon as I leave the dealer I realize that someone stole my phone charger, the next day I see that my front brake caliber is damaged ( I professionally powder coated the break calipers yellow color ) while they removed the wheels the mechanic must of dropped the wheel on the caliber and chipped the paint in a few spots. Also the mechanic forgot tools under my hood. So please tell me if this is something that should happen in a BMW dealer or any dealer for that matter. |
