How to reset throttle body adaptation on 2012!

New car with the dreaded initial throttle body hesitation at tip in. Anyone have any idea on how to reset. The procedure seems to be different with x5's.

Simple cure...Dinan chip.

Unfortunately that's how they are tuned from the factory. The drive-by-wire has a dead spot or lag before the throttle responds. I got the Dinan tune on my 50i and it improved significantly...it is probably also improved by pretty much any tune out there as it is all adjustable.
