2013 X5M with Adaptive LED headlight

I taken those photos from 2012 Beijing International Autoshow last month. new Adaptive LED Headlight is sharp.

How is it that headlamps alone can push a grown man to think about replacing a perfectly fine 2012X5M with a 2013 model! These new lights are beautiful. :>)

So is the clear film added to the body panels from BMW and will be sold like that or is it someone doing that specifically for that car?

I asked my SA to look into it. I had a custom 3M clear film installed on my X5 M Sport, similar to the X5M pictured in this post.

If I find out any info, I'll post.

That 3M looks thicker ...like between 11-14 mil vs the standard 8 mil.

I used a thicker 3M for the flares, rockers, and lower have of door panels.

lol...no i highly doubt it. but i cant say i didnt contemplate it when i saw how good those lights look, but id probly take a 30k hit if i tried 2 get out of my truck right now and id only take that hit when i get into my new TT911, not for a nice looking set of headlights
