I'm interested also. I currently have the AC Schnitzer muffler, but am looking to add headers, HiFlo cat and full exhaust etc and ECU flash. Interested to see what combo works best.

I have a 2012 X5 50i. I have Dinan's stage 2 tune, I have a set of AR Design catted downpipes on order and will get the Dinan intercoolers and the stage 4 tune when Dinan has their next sale.
The single biggest bang for the buck is a tune. After the tune, a downpipe is probably the most cost effective upgrade. It will help the turbos spool faster, so you will see less turbo lag. I am hoping for 30hp peak increase with a 40hp-50hp gain lower in the range. The intercoolers will allow consistent power with less heat soak. After these three mods, you will be chasing 5-10 hp at high $$$/hp. You can upgrade the compressor and impeller wheels on the turbos, buy bigger turbos. Port cylinder heads and intake manifolds, etc, etc. |

I have a 2011 X5 xDrive50i with Dinan's stage 1 tune. As Brian425 posted above - single biggest bang for the buck is the tune. I am planning on getting stage 2 tune and considering the intercoolers.
