Siren/whistle sound on 2013 X5M?

Every so often I hear a faint siren/whistle sound inside the car that lasts for a few seconds and then goes away. Almost sounds like coming from glove box area. It never lasts long, so can't pinpoint it. Anyone experience this and have any clue what it might be?

It will go away as ur truck ages. It's a common issue, I don't think it's been pinpointed yet but alot of us had the same thing.

Yeah, in mine it sounded more like a high pitch sound from the rear speaker or and electronic noise, def not a turbo sound.

+1 I heard it a few times and it ended up going away by itself after some time
