I have a local to me company that tuned both of my X5s they did a great job, they also now offer a handheld tuner. I think Velos might be cheaper with the hand held tuner though, for me being local was the decision maker between ECUProgram and Velos I didn't even consider Dinan the cost/hp seems highest with Dinan.

Sylvan Lake, I would be interested in hearing your comments on the tune on your diesel. Do you feel the difference in normal city traffic where you run typically at a lower rpm band, say between 1,200 - 1,700 rpm's? Or do you have to get up above 2,000 rpm's before the tune "kicks in"?

It's on my wife's unit which I usually don't drive, but you notice it for sure the throttle seems far more responsive and the torque is always there. I am taking her unit to work this week so I will get a better feel for it in traffic but I remember when we got the tune it made a night and day difference it made the vehicle a lot more sporty feeling. Even my wife was much happier with the tune in.
